The cold forming tool of the thin strip is characterized by the fact that on the body of the split matrix (1) in the form of a housing, the upper part of the matrix (2) is in the form of a work-pattern ring (2a) from the inside of the plastic band, in the form of a ring and made of material with less resistance to plastic flow than the backing material. In the lower part of the split matrix body (1) is the excavator (5),on which, inside the tube-shaped rear, is a plastic core, in the form of a tube and made of material with less plastic resistance to flow from the rear material. Above the upper part of the matrix (2) is a stamp (7) with a working aperture of a cross-section in the form of a wheel, and a working pattern from the side of the body of the divided matrix (1) and the upper part of the matrix (2). The cold forming of the thin strip consists of placing a plastic core in the middle of the tube-shaped bottom,The insert with the plastic core is then placed in the body of a matrix divided (1) on the ejector (5). The ring-shaped plastic band shall then be placed between the inlet and the working surface (2a) of the upper part of the matrix (2). The stamp shall then be activated (7),which moves progressively at speed (v) towards the split matrix body (1) and deflects inward. The stamp (7) shall then be removed from the partitioned body (1) and the excavator (5) shall be activated;which leaps towards the stamp (7),and the thin-skinned (8) flange (8a) with the deflected core (9) is removed,which is then heated to the melting temperature and removed from the centre of the dilution effluent (8). Subsequently, the upper part of the matrix (2) shall be moved towards the split matrix body (1) and the deformed band (10) shall be removed.
