The notification concerns two pairs of oligonucleotide starters for the detection of Pm9 allele system for the resistance of common oats (Avena sativa L.) to true millet. The report shall also cover the detection of Pm9 allele system resistance to true mesh meal in ordinary oat plants, in which the polymorphic DNA fragments associated with the test gene are amplified in the PCR response using two separate pairs of starters, then the amplification product is detected.
