The incidence mill (3) consists of the frame (31) of the incidence mill (3) containing vertical webs (4) transversely erected to the movement of the belt (1), which are fitted with equipment for resilient attachment (32) to the structure of the belt conveyor. The webs (4) have approximately the shape of an upward opening gutter and contain a set of bearing parts (5). Each bearing part (5) is connected to at least one impact rod (6). Between at least one bearing part (5), there is assigned at least one connecting part (7). The connecting part (7) is erected in the first hole (411) of the upper plate (41) and in the second hole (421) of the bottom plate (42). The first end (71) of the connecting part (7) is assigned with at least one first resilient means (8). The second end (72) of the connecting part (7) is assigned with at least one second resilient means (9). The connecting part (7) is connected to the bracket (51) of the bearing part (5) in such a way that, between the inner surface (511), at least one first resilient means (8) and the upper surface (412) of the upper plate (41) as well as between the abutment surface (721) of the second end (72) of the connecting part (7), at least one second resilient means (9) and the bottom surface (422) of the bottom plate (42), there is created a connection with prestress.
