The connecting part (7) is connected to the bracket (51) of the bearing part (5) in such a way that, between the inner surface (511), at least one first resilient means (8) and the upper surface (412) of the upper plate (41) as well as between the abutment surface (721) of the second end (72) of the connecting part (7), at least one second resilient means (9) and the bottom surface (422) of the bottom plate (42), there is created a connection with prestress.
