The notification concerns an antibacterial compound containing bismuth and chlorhexadine ligand x and fluoroquinolone ligand y in molar proportions 1:1:1-3 respectively, with a structure of a complex composed of ligands x and y combined covalently with bismuth ion(III) for use in dressing and/or medicinal materials.
