The purpose of the notification is to obtain and dehydrate acetone, butanol and ethanol by heating the ABE aqueous mixture or the fermentation straw to a temperature from 50oC to 100, the reception of the permeate is carried out on a cooling surface where the permeate is excreted and flown into the tank (phase separator),in which the permeate is divided into two phases: aqueous and organic,and the phase divider divides the liquid permeate into the upper organic phase containing from 60% to 70% ABE and from 30% to 40% water and the lower aqueous phase containing vinegar. 80% water and 20% ABE, the upper organic phase being directed to a hydrophilic percolation module to dehydrate on polymer or ceramic hydrophilic membranes (from vinyl polyalcohol /PVA/ or polyamide /PA/,or from zeolite or modified silicon,and the dehydration is carried out at a temperature from 80'c to 110'c using polymer membranes of vinyl alcohol or polyamide, or at temperatures from 100'c to 150'c using ceramic membranes (zeolite or modified silicon),and then, after pervasive dehydration, the mixture of ABE undergoes fractionation by distillation into individual components: aceton e, butanol, ethanol.
