摘要
The method of determining the amount of precipitated paraffin sediment in the petroleum sample is that a vacuum pump (1) has been used to pump the system to remove air from it and then through a pressure coupling system (18) the whole chamber (2),from the container (16) was filled with separator gas to 20-bar pressure, and through the pressure connection system (18) from the pressure vessel (6) to the pressure chamber (2) the separator oil was inserted and the sample mixture was started, and then the heating of the prepared oil-gas system in the thermostatic bath was switched on to the temperature 50oC and the pressure in the pressure chamber (2) was increased to a value of from 10 to 400 bars, using the Constant Pressure function, allowing for "intelligent" monitoring and maintaining the pressure applied in the system, taking into account temperature changes, then the sample was kept under specified pressure and temperature conditions for the period ok. One hour, during which the mixture was maintained and after the phase stabilization was achieved, the mixture was switched off and then "excess" gas was extracted into the cylinder (6) which, under the given pressure and temperature conditions, was unable to dissolve in the sample of oil and the sample thus saturated was extracted, Transferred through a filtration system (8),recording the flow resistance at the specified temperature online and after filtering through the filtration system (8), acetone was transferred from the container (7),in order to remove oil residues from the captured sediment, and the filtration system (8) was blown up with nitrogen from the cylinders (12),and the filter (8a) with the housing (8b) has been taken from the cryostat bath (9) and the filter (8a) has been weighed to determine the amount of captured paraffin sediment and, at the end, the filter system (8) with a new weighed filter (8a) has been re-placed in the cryostat bath (9),in a setting where, for subsequent measurements, the temperature has been reduced to five degrees in temperature from 30 degrees to 5 degrees and stabilised for fifteen minutes and the results obtained have been plotted and the WPC curve for the oil tested has been determined.
