The scope of the notification is the use of polymer-basalt fibres in concrete mixtures as dispersed weaponry for the purpose of obtaining a new non-shrinking concrete mixture of the type fibrobethone. Applicable for the application of industrial floor coverings and other types of surfaces, while ensuring a state of maximum load capacity and usability. In order to make a seamless concrete mixture using polymer-basalt fibres, the design of a concrete mixture formulation should be carried out in accordance with certain principles: the water/cement ratio (w/c) designed and the fibre content of the concrete mixture in kg/m3,ensure sufficient pumpability and stability of the concrete mixture, further consideration should be given to the orientation of the polymer-basalt fibres within the crucible with the cement matrix as a result of the sequence developed and the dosing mechanism, and include in the quantity of drinking water needed for the preliminary wetting of polymer-basalt fibres. In addition, chemical additives may be used to prolong the shelf life of the concrete mixture. Before making a concrete mixture, the fibres should be bathed for ten to fifteen minutes.This process will minimise the hydrogenity of the fibres and reduce the deterioration of the consistency of the concrete mixture over time. In order to correctly integrate a concrete mixture modified with basalt fibre, it is essential to maintain fibre dosing regimes and the need for efficient concrete pumps.
