Control and recording device for an instrumented mining anchor, in particular a pasted anchor, a strain monitoring system, use of the strain monitoring system and a method of continuous monitoring of strain changes in the instrumented mining anchor
The invention concerns a control-recording device for a mounted anchor, in particular an anchor, having tensiometers placed at intervals along the anchor rail, with at least an independent individual electrical outlet and an electrical outlet connected to an electrode common to all tensiometers attached to each tensiometer. This device contains a measuring block for the processing and recording of the tensiometer signals. The device (1) is equipped with an analogue-to-digital converter unit (5),microcontroller (6) having non-volatile memory,the flight memory and interface for communication with the analogue-digital converter unit (5) and is equipped with an actual time clock, an external non-flight memory (7) for the storage of measurement data, radio communication sub-assembly (9) having an individual equipment identifier for the identification of the device (1) using radio communication and an optical signal (8),and, in addition, the device contains a source of electricity (4) of approximately constant voltage and is equipped with electronic DC power sources, connected to a common electrode (3) and individually to each of the tensiometers (T1-Tn) of the anchor, where individual voltage meters (T1-Tn) outputs are combined with an analogue-to-digital converter unit (5) having in addition differential input and differential reference voltage input. The result also concerns a continuous monitoring system for changes in anchor housing density with a number of mounted top-tether anchors,equipped with tensiometers (T1-Tn) located at intervals along the anchor bar, with at least independent individual electrical outlets and electrical outlets connected to an electrode common to all tensiometers attached to each tensiometer, comprising individually fitted to each anchor and anchored within the adaptive assembly of the control-recording devices referred to above and a portable transmitter-receiver module containing a single-system microcontroller to control the radio block,which is a radio block adapted to radio communication with a radio communication subsystem (9) of a voltage sensor (1). The result also applies to the use of this system to generate a dynamic miner stress map and how to continuously monitor changes in anchor-mounted concentrations.
