The purpose of the notification is to provide an anti-fog device favourable to glass surfaces and optical equipment and the way in which it is produced. The preparation is intended to protect the glass surfaces from growing, frost, due to the deposition of water vapour moisture under the influence of temperature changes. The anti-fogging preparation contains an active substance to which model 1 polyyloxane is functionalised, containing in its structure dimethyl, methyl-alkoxysilyl or chlorosilyl and methyl-polyether hydroxyl (OH) or alkyl-terminated dimensions,where the amount of di-methyl in the polymer chain is O to 80%,favourable 0-50%,on the other hand, the number of methyl alkoxysilyl (methyl-chlorosicyl) measures from O to 50% favourably 1 -25% and the number of polyether measures from 20 to 80% favourably 20 -50%,where the polyether chain consists of ethoxyl and isopropoxyl groups, the amount of ethoxyl measurements being 3-30, favourable 5-20, and isopropoxyl measurements 0-30%,favourable 0-15%. The notification shall also cover the method of production. The active substance is dissolved in a mixture of isopropyl alcohol, water and poly(ethylene glycol),where the quantity of polysiloxane is 0,1 to 10% greater than 2-5%,isopropyl alcohol from 20 to 70% advantageous 40 to 60%,water from 10 to 50%,favourable 20-30%,poly(ethylene glycol) from 1 to 10%,favourable 2-6%,then acetic acid is added to the preparation to obtain pH in the range of 3-4,5 and the whole is further mixed at room temperature to obtain a homogeneous solution.
