Ammonium ionic liquids with monorhamnolipid anion, method of their preparation and their use as biosurfactants

The notification covers ammonium ion liquids with ramnopyranosyl-3-hydroxydecanoyl-3-hydroxydecanoate anion with a general formula 1 in which K stands for 2-hydroxyethyl trimethylammonium cation with formula 2, or hexadecyl trimethylammonium with formula 3, or benzalkonium with formula 4, or benzethonium cation with formula 5, either a 6-formula tetrabutylammonium or a 7-formula didecyl dimethylammonium. The notification shall also cover the manner in which they are obtained and their use as biosurfactants.
