The object of the invention is the production of composite sliding coatings on a selected group of phenol-formaldehyde resins with an additive containing fixed lubricants to protect the propulsion and engine transmission systems against lubrication during the time required by the aviation industry, i.e. up to thirty minutes, suitable for the surface application of parts of machinery by injection and manual methods and hardening after application. The method is that selected phenol-formaldehyde resins are used to produce the coating,characterised by high freezing temperature and thermal resistance. These nutrients are additionally diluted with low-boiling, micromolecular diluents in quantities from 10 to 40% cz. Wagon. low molecular weight diluents in order to obtain a low viscosity to facilitate the coating process by injection, but mainly after evaporation during the networking process in the sieved resin, pores and depths are formed,in which liquid lubricating oil may accumulate. The lubricating oil accumulated in the times created can only protect the co-operating elements from emergency disposal for a very short period of time. Therefore, the diluted phenol-formaldehyde resin incorporates particles of a solid oil filler such as glass charcoal. Glass charcoal is amorphousA similar type of coal characterized by a high hardness and refractory strength even up to 1000oC. After the introduction into the resin of ultra-dispersive particles of glass carbon of less than 10 m in quantities from 5 to 40%cz. Wagon. the suspension obtained must be homogenised by ultrasonic mixing or by calendering. So preparedThe composition shall be applied by spraying to a suitably prepared metal surface. After applying the coating, the element with the coating applied should be placed in a furnace or dryer to settle and harden the coating. This requires preheating in the oven or dryer to temperature 70-100-C for 40-60 minutes and winning at temperature 170-200-Cfor at least thirty-45 minutes.
