The manner in which the earthing resistance value of the protected object is reduced allows the current values of the vertical earthquake resistance during its construction to be known until a stable value is reached when the construction is completed. According to the vertical nodes, the vertical node consists of one original node (3) combined metallically with the installation of the ground (2) of an object (1) and a secondary node (4),lowered vertically or angularly parallel to each other so that the secondary nodes are located in an area completely occupied by the potential generated by the original node (3). The secondary node (4) is immersed in the ground to the depth,at which the measured initial ground resistance value (3) ceases to decrease.
