The notified is a heat exchanger (12,12') with an endless rolling mill (2) of the tobacco industry containing a heat exchanger beam (19,19'),where the heat exchanger has a heat exchanging surface (27),characterised by the additional supply of a moving strip (13,13') placed on the heat exchange surface (27) of a heat exchange beam (19, 19') and adapted to heat transfer between the endless rolling mill (2) of the tobacco industry and a heat exchange beam (19, 19'). The notification shall also cover the method of heat exchange by means of a heat exchanger (12,12') with an endless rolling mill (2) of the tobacco industry.
