The object of the invention is a device for the investigation and diagnosis of olfactory disturbances intended for the diagnosis and evaluation of sensory thresholds and the effects of olfactory compounds on the sensation and perception of patients.in the form of a rectangular plate on which a series of interconnected components are permanently attached, namely a fan (2) with a filter (3) located at the top,connected by a tube (4) with a separator (5),in the form of a cylindrical container having in the lower part a series of symmetrical outlet channels (13),closed by valves (6) and connected by pipes (7),with tanks (8),odor samples located in the intake ducts of the chamber (9),where one end is closed and the other end is a cone with an opening and is connected by a tube (10) with a mask (11).
