The scope of the notification is biodegradable film, which is characterised by a composition comprising from 1 to 52 parts of the starch weights and from 80 to 23 parts of the PVA weights, with the addition of nanocellulose in quantities from 0,3 to 8,0 weights, and from 20 to 26 parts of the glycerin weights as plasticiser, the whole is irradiated by ionising radiation, gamma or fast electrons. The notification also covers the way the film is produced using the starch system: PVA, which consists in the composition of starch: PVA containing from 1 to 65 weight parts of starch and from 99 to 35 weight parts of PVA,in the case of starch by weight: PVA from 35:65 to 1:99, preferably 35:65 to 65:35 and preferably 40:60 to 45:55, nanocellulose is introduced in quantities from 0,4 to 9 weight parts, and from 25 to 35 weight glycerin as plasticiser, to be converted into the total mass of polymers, leading to homogeneous mixing in the alloy or solvent and the composition obtained by a known method,favourable pouring method, film is produced,which is subjected to ionising radiation, gamma or fast electrons.
