The assembly consists of a device equipped with a rotary shaft (1) with a vertical axis of rotation, supported on bearings and coupled by a coupling with a drive unit,with a rose to which at least one container (2) for the test sample is fixed in a cylinder. The container (2) has a leak-proof cover (6) with a central outlet, and the cover (6) contains a yoke (4) attaching the capillary (8) with a liquid pressure sensor (5),introduced by the airhole in the cap (6) to the inside of the container (2),and the liquid pressure sensor (5) is connected to the data recorder and the microcomputer.
