The purpose of the notification is to connect a prefabricated rod with a lower -end rod or base rod, which is characterised by three identical rods (1),having hinges, the upper ends of which are connected by welding to the rod (2) of the column (3). The lower hand -held and pointed ends are connected to the pointed holes in the sheets (5). In the middle of the plate is a hole in which the end of the contact rod is fixed (7),with cap (8) and pad (9),lower construction or foundation pillar (10).
