The purpose of the notification is a sprinkler containing a bearing frame with wheels on which the sprinkler tank is located,and furthermore, at one end of the support frame there is a hook hook hook and at the other end of the support frame there is a spray column on which at the side of the tank there is a bottom fan and a top fan above the lower fan, namely, that the upper edge (221) of the lower fan (22) is above the upper edge (131) of the tank (13) to the spray,in the space within the intake area (222) extending from the said intake area (222) no less than the radius (R) of the lower fan (22).
