FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to customer influencing method during decision making in a retail trade enterprise. The method uses multinetwork communication structure, controlled by logical device connected to wireless end device. The latter is in immediate vicinity to the customer during his or her movement within the store. The method involves associating the said wireless device to the communication structure, tracking the customer position, identification of goods in the showcase close to the customer, and generation of recommendation message based on this data.
