The invention relates to a method for producing a dental implant coated with thin layers of bioactive glass, free of alkali elements, synthetized by radio frequency magnetron field sputtering technology, the implant exhibiting a rapid osseointegration in the process of dental restoration. According to the invention, the method consists in the biofunctionalization of the implant external surface by radio frequency magnetron field plasma sputtering under a 100% argon atmosphere, at a pressure of 0.45 Pa, at a power of 75 W, the target-sublayer distance of 25 mm and a low deposition temperature 150° C, said deposition algorithm allowing some amorphous continuous and uniform submicron thin films of 500 nm to be deposited on the three-dimensional implant sublayers of screw type, the films reproducing with fidelity the composition and complex structure of the source material, and being made of bioactive glass, free of alkali elements, of the compositional family SiO-CaO-MgO-PO-ZnO-SrO with a thermal expansion coefficient close to the coefficient of titanium and its alloys, capable to ensure the bioactive glass layers a very good adherence to the three-dimensional metal sublayer 60 MPa and a high biomineralization capacity.
