PROCESS FOR PREPARING SYNTHESIS GAS BY METHANE REFORMATION WITH CARBON DIOXIDE AND STEAM, AT LOW TEMPERATURES, CATALYZED BY NI/ALOWITH BIMODAL POROUS STRUCTURE
The invention relates to a process for preparing synthesis gas, used for manufacturing synthetic fuels. According to the invention, the process consists in combined methane reformation with carbon dioxide and water vapours, with a molar ratio between reactants of 1:0.48:0.8...1.2, at temperatures of 650...700° C and atmospheric pressure, in the presence of Ni/AlOactivated catalyst with bimodal porous structure, having a Ni target concentration of 10%, followed by separation of unreacted water by condensation at 0° and gas drying by passing it through a column of activated silica gel.
