The claimed process consists in the suspension polymerization of vinyl monomers in admixture with a difunctional monomer with the role of a cross-linking agent, the hypericin imprinting being carried out with an alcoholic hypericin solution or hypericin extract from St. John's wort, and followed by the creation of the molecular recognition centres with ethyl alcohol or with sodium hydroxide solution, and by neutralization.
