The invention relates to a fodder composition for broiler chickens of 1-28 days exposed to high ambient temperatures. According to the invention, the composition consists of 1% powder from the creeping woodsorrel (Oxalis corniculata) whole plant, 1% vitamin-mineral premix containing 0.00002% chromium in the form of chromium picolinate, as well as a conventional fodder mixture based on corn, wheat, corn gluten, soy grit, vegetable oil, monocalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, salt, methionine, lysine and choline, the composition being structured for two phases: starter phase (1-14 days) and growth phase (14-28 days), respectively, having a raw protein content of 23.35 and 23.41%, respectively, an oxidizing capacity of 44.79 and 44.407 mM ascorbic acid equivalent, respectively and 47.434 and 47.017 mM, vitamin E equivalent, respectively.
