The invention relates to a smart system for predictive maintenance of critical industrial electrical equipments directly involved in production process, used especially in the industrial production lines in modern operation systems. According to the invention, the system consists of a first module (MAPE) meant to monitor electric energy quality parameters, the temperature on the surface of the equipment to be analyzed and the vibration level thereof, and a second module (MIAP) meant for data processing, analysis and viewing, where the first module (MAPE) uses a compact device (DCAD) for data acquisition, analogue and digital input-output units (UAD), current, voltage, temperature, vibration sensors (SCTTV) and a software enabling data acquisition and storage and outputting in real time electric signals comprising the operating parameters of the equipment subjected to analysis, signals which are transmitted to the second module (MIAP) of the system, and the second module (MIAP) consists of circuits (CCAS) for conditioning and adapting signals and a smart unit (PD) based on a board with signal micro-controllers or controllers and corresponding software packages dedicated thereto, the second module (MIAP) also allowing remote real time transmission of the processing results as well as of the information that it receives from the first module (MAPE), thus facilitating the equipment permanent monitoring by the users, regardless of their location.
