The prestressed composite wood-concrete panel and the method of manufacturing composite wood-concrete panels utilizes the natural elasticity of the wood to prestress it. The wood panel (1) is subjected to bending to the stress and deformation in the opposite direction to the effect of the load which will be applied to the panel during use. The voltage value is close to the design resistance value of the wooden panel. The wooden panel (1) consists of glued or mechanically bonded boards, planks or beams of growth wood. The prestressed wooden panel is coupled to the concrete layer (6). The coupling is realized by means of mechanical coupling means (9) or by gluing. The hardened concrete layer (6) by shear joint in the joint (5) between the wood and the concrete stabilizes the domed shape of the panel. After releasing the panel from the clamping device (3) and removing the washer (2), the prestressed composite wood-concrete panel (7) has an elevation (8).
