The invention is a part of the value-added part of smooth emitting visceral protein, and aims at preparing hydrolysate and concentrating peptide part of antihypertensive peptide. Three kinds of protein hydrolysates of smooth emitter, hpv-n, hpv-e and hpv-p were prepared by the action of neutral enzyme.Espesse and purafectpart Anti ECA activity was detected in the three hydrolysates, and the highest activity was obtained by purafect action. The three hydrolysates were separated by ultrafiltration, and the cut-off threshold of the membrane ranged from 50-1k. Five different molar mass fractions (mm) are obtained, which are called fi 50 kDa,FII=50-5 kdaEscape ("5-3 kDa")FIV = 3-1 kDa and FV = 1 kDa. Strong anti ECA activity was observed in all fractions of low molecular weight peptides, especially FIV and FV.
