PROCESS FOR COLLECTING OIL FROM ALMACIGA TREE (AGATHIS PHILIPPINENSIS) FOR CONVERSION TO BIODIESEL

Oil collected from trunk and other parts of the Almaciga tree (Agathis philippinensis) or Dayungon may be used as fuel and specifically for conversion to biodiesel. The present utility model relates to a process of collecting said oil. Collection of the oil from trunk parts of Almaciga may be done by solvent extraction method or by a mechanical method using a mechanical oil expeller.
