This utility model relates to the food industry, more particularly to process of making sauteed salted shrimp paste with Kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) fruits consisting of salted shrimp paste, kamias fruits, garlic, vegetable oil, onion, red bell paper, chili, and pepper corn. It is a good compliment to any Filipino dish like binagoongan baboy, kare-kare and many more. This product can be also used as appetizer or a viand in itself.
