The present utility model discloses a process of producing green mussel Dhinged larvae for hatchery culture. This process involves 1.) conditioning of broodstocks in chlorinated seawater at the density of 15 to 20kg/300-L; 2.) cleaning then desiccating the broodstocks for 0.5 - 3 hours, introducing filtered seawater with salinity at 28 - 31 ppt and at elevated temperature from the ambient temperature and not to exceeding 35 øC; and 3.) preparing tank with UV treated seawater with temperature at 25 - 31øC and salinity at 28 - 31ppt, stocking the eggs at 16 to 50 eggs/mL, suspending the sperm at sperm:egg ratio of 30 to 300:1 within 30min to 3hrs after liberation, and incubating the fertilized eggs for 24 to 48 hours.
