A training and/or assistance platform (1) comprises: an air traffic management electronic system (2) to acquire input data representing air traffic, transfer information related to air traffic and established as a function of the acquired input data to an air traffic controller, and receive instructions from the air traffic controller; a block (14) to automatically determine instructions based on input data representing at least the state of air traffic; and an electronic processing module (13) to collect the input data acquired by the electronic air traffic control system, supply the input data to the automatically determining block (14), collect at least an instruction automatically determined based on at least the supplied input data, and command transfer of the instruction to the air traffic controller operating the system. The block includes a neural network derived from learning of an input data history acquired by the electronic air traffic control system and received air traffic control instruction(s) received by the system.
