Disclosed are a method and device for providing a service in which a single service is provided by determining whether a plurality of users are in agreement, the method and device comprising a processor which performs a service, if each of n secret keys received from n terminals matches a secret key stored in a memory, and a message indicating agreement for execution of the service is received from all n terminals, and which re-requests the secret key and the message on whether an agreement is formed, if the secret key stored in the memory is not matched, wherein a service performance request of a first terminal is assumed to be agreed on, if the processor does not receive, from at least one of the remaining terminals within a preset time period, at least one of an electronic signature value, a secret key value, and the message on whether an agreement is formed.
