A method for inserting at least one electrical cable (2) internally of a protective tube (3), and a relative system, comprising steps of: arranging a channel (4) in such a way that a relative first end (41) thereof is at a lower height than a relative second end (42); introducing at least one protective tube (3) internally of the channel (4) from the second end (42) of the channel (4), and inserting the protective tube (3) internally of the channel (4) for at least one first portion (5) of the channel (4); enabling the insertion of the protective tube (3) internally of the channel (4) by force of gravity for a second portion (6) of channel (4) that is successive to the first portion (5) of the channel (4). If, following the insertion of the protective tube (3) internally of the channel (4), the protective tube (3) protrudes from the second end (42) of the channel (4), cutting the protective tube (3) in proximity of or at the second end (42) of channel (4). After the protective tube (3) has been inserted into the channel (4), introducing at least one electrical cable (2) internally of the protective tube (3), and inserting the at least one electrical cable (2) internally of the protective tube (3) for at least one third portion (7) of the protective tube (3); enabling the at least one electrical cable (2) to be inserted internally of the protective tube (3) by force of gravity for a fourth portion (8) of the protective tube (3) which is successive to the third portion (7) of the protective tube (3).If, after inserting the at least one electrical cable (2) internally of the protective tube (3), the at least one electrical cable (2) protrudes from the protective tube (3) by greater than a second length, cutting the at least one electrical cable (2).
