Immunofluorometric method for biological clinical analysis, in particular for detecting antigens that need to be evaluated over a wide concentration range, based on fluorescence "quenching" using antibodies or aptamers functionalized with fluorescent or luminescent substances and nanoparticles, having the capacity to extend the dynamic measuring range avoiding the prozone effect and maintaining high sensitivity even at low analyte concentrations.
