Composite of shaped coated metallic material and fabric containing chemical fibers and their manufacturing procedure

A composite comprising: a coated shaped metallic material which includes a shaped metallic material and a formed coating on a surface of the formed metallic material; and fabric that contains a chemical fiber and is bonded to the coated side of the coated shaped metal material, wherein the coating contains a polyurethane resin containing a polycarbonate unit, a mass ratio of the polycarbonate unit to the mass of a total resin in the coating, is 15 to 80% by mass, a film thickness of the coating is 0.2 µm or more, and the chemical fiber is a polyurethane fiber, a polyvinyl alcohol fiber, a chloride fiber polyvinyl or a combination thereof.
