Device for the continuous thermal processing of used or degraded tires, according to claim 1, characterized in that the outlet chamber (8) of the residual inorganic portions that has a pair of outlet closures (9), is located laterally outside of the reactor shaft (1); while a generator (4) of the inert gaseous medium is arranged at the bottom of the reactor shaft; and in turn, nozzles (5) for the generation of an inert gas medium are connected in the internal space to a pipeline containing a control valve (6) that adjusts the passage of air from the outer space of the reactor (1 ) for exothermic heating of the inert gaseous medium to a desired temperature. 3. Device for the continuous thermal processing of used or degraded tires, according to claim 2, characterized in that the reactor (1) is equipped with an extrusion equipment (7) for the disposal of the residual inorganic portions of the bottom of the reactor (1) towards an exit chamber located laterally (8).
