An agrochemical emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation comprising at least one agrochemical active ingredient; at least one surfactant emulsifier; optionally, a stabiliser; and a primary solvent system, wherein the solvent system is selected from benzyl acetate or a combination of benzyl acetate and at least one substantially water-immiscible co-solvent.
