A system is provided for providing automated early dispersals of accrued butunpaid wages to a workerwho has accrued wages from one or more employers. The system includes one ormore customizableapplications associated with the system, a communications platform in the formof an applicationprogramming interface for integrating and communicating in real-time with oneor more databasescontaining employment and accrued wages information, a processor and memorythat storesinstructions from each of the one or more customizable applications. Theinstructions, when executedby the processor, cause the processor to receive a request for an earlydispersal of wages from theworker, communicate in real-time with the one or more databases via theapplications programminginterface to collect employment and accrued wages information of the worker,automatically determinean early dispersal amount, dispersing the early dispersal amount to the workerupon processing theearly wage amount, informing the worker of the determined early dispersalamount and collecting, at atime of wage payment, the early dispersal amount and a fee for service. Amethod is further providedfor providing automated early dispersals of accrued but unpaid wages to aworker who has accruedwages from one or more employers.
