CUTTING FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR A SAWMILL, AND A SAWMILL INCORPORATING SAME

A cutting fluid delivery system for a sawmill, and a sawmill incorporating thesame. The sawmill has a saw blade driven by a motor. The speed of the motoris regulated by a throttle assembly having an idle speed position and acuttingspeed position. The cutting fluid delivery system includes a cutting fluiddeliverycontroller having a valve assembly configured to automatically turn on a flowofcutting fluid to the saw blade when the throttle assembly is set to thecuttingspeed position, and to automatically turn off the flow of cutting fluid whenthethrottle assembly is set to the idle speed position. The cutting fluiddeliverycontroller interconnects the valve assembly and the throttle assembly to allowthe operator to simultaneously control operation of the saw blade, and theflowof cutting fluid to the saw blade, with a single operator manipulableactuator.
