摘要

The present invention provides an additively manufactured hot work tool having a composition containing, in mass%, 0.3-0.5% of C, 2.0% or less of Si, 1.5% or less of Mn, 0.05% or less of P, 0.05% or less of S, 3.0-6.0% of Cr, 0.5-3.5% of one or two among Mo and W according to the relational expression of (Mo+1/2W), 0.1-1.5% of V, 0-1.0% of Ni, 0-1.0% of Co, and 0-0.3% of Nb, with the remainder comprising Fe and impurities, wherein the area percentage of defects having an area of at least 1 µm2 is 0.6% or less in a cross section parallel to the stacking direction. Also provided is a method for manufacturing an additively manufactured hot work tool, wherein a metal powder having the above composition is deposited layer-by-layer and then annealed. Also provided is a metal powder having the above composition.
