摘要

The present invention relates to a polynucleic acid probe using a single base sequence binding to a polynucleic acid detection biomarker. A base sequence designed through an artificial base sequence design method of the present invention exhibits superior hybridization reactivity to all analogs, and a polynucleic acid probe using same is designed so as to be able to simultaneously bind, using a single diagnostic probe, to multiple types of nucleic acid sequences having significance, to detect the overall expression profile within a sample. Accordingly, the present invention enables an ultra-multiplex assay of the nucleic acid biomarker using a single diagnostic probe, and thus can improve diagnostic capacity while dramatically reducing diagnostic costs.
