The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for an Automated TellerMachine to issue a secured bank card. An Automated Teller Machine to issue asecuredbank card includes one or more memories storing instructions and one or moreprocessors configured to execute instruction to perform operations. Theoperationsinclude receiving a request for a secured bank card from a user, determiningif the useris a current customer, obtaining bank card application information about theuser,receiving additional information to confirm the identity of the user,determining if thereare already existing accounts tied to the user, transmitting the bank cardapplicationinformation to a server associated with the card issuer, receiving cardoptions the useris qualified for, presenting the card options and instructions to select acash amount tobe remitted, approving, upon receipt of the cash amount, issuance of thesecured bankcard, creating a unique account for the secured bank card, activating thesecured bankcard and associating it with the unique account, and dispensing the newlyactivatedsecured bank card.
