Disclosed in the present invention is a quick stripping and winding device for a cable for communication engineering, comprising a base plate. A mounting rod and two support rods are provided on the upper surface of the base plate. Multiple mounting screws arranged in a circle and threadedly engaged with a first cable guide cylinder are provided at the right end port of the first cable guide cylinder. A scratching blade is fixedly connected to the inside end of each mounting screw. A mounting frame is fixedly connected to the other support rod. Multiple second cable guide cylinders are provided inside the mounting frame. Multiple fixing screws are provided on the sidewall at the left end port of each second cable guide cylinder. A stripping blade is fixed at one end of each fixing screw. A rotating gear is further provided on the outer sidewall of the second cable guide cylinder. A waste collection tank is further provided on the base plate. The entire device has high stripping efficiency, requires less labor of operators, and is convenient to operate. The device can strip multiple cables at the same time, thus having high efficiency, and can prevent the cable from being broken due to over tension of the cable during stripping, and therefore is practicable.
