Anti-decubitus device (1) comprising a mattress (2) provided with tubular passages (9) and a blower (6) to generate a fluid flow (14) in the passages (9), wherein the mattress (2) comprises at least one first support (44) having an internal structure with a supporting alveolar net, the tubular passages (9) being positioned inside the internal structure, the tubular passages (9) comprising a series of outlet holes (10), directed towards a first side (64) of the first support (44) of the mattress (2) said first side constituting a support surface for a user (54), whereby the internal structure is being intended to support the weight of the user (54) in a condition of absence of compression of the tubular passages (9), wherein the device (1) comprises at least one processing unit (20), the mattress (2) of the device (1) being provided with one or more sensors (16, 24, 28), intended for sending measuring data to the processing unit (20), characterised in that the processing unit (20) is provided with an adjusting device for adjusting the flow (14) of gaseous fluid according to the measuring data of the one or more sensors (16, 24, 28). Method for manufacturing an anti-decubitus mattress (2) characterised in that it comprises the following steps: (a) pre-arranging a first support (44) of the mattress (2) having an internal structure with a supporting alveolar net provided with free spaces; (b) preparing at least one tubular element (9) having a series of outlet holes (10) for a flow (14) of gaseous fluid; (c) obtaining an insertion seat (8) by inserting an internally hollow and essentially rigid pipe (34) in such a way that a first end (42) of the pipe (34) penetrates into the first support (44) until the first end (42) of the pipe (34) exits the first support (44); (d) inserting the tubular element (9) into the pipe (34) at a second open end (43) of the pipe (34) up to complete insertion corresponding to the length of the insertion seat (8); (e) locking the tubular element (9) with respect to the first support (44); (f) extracting the pipe (34) from the first support (44) in the direction of insertion in such a way that the tubular element (9) is extracted from the pipe (34) thus leaving the tubular element (9) free within the insertion seat (8) hollowed out by the pipe (34).
