A method and apparatus receive inputs corresponding to one or more triggerparametersat a graphical user interface. The one or more trigger parameters are thenutilized to generate anevent processor. The event processor then subscribes to a message receivechannel, selectsmessages to provide an autoreply message based on the one or more triggerparameters, selectsthe autoreply message for the messages, and publishes the autoreply message.Each of themessages selected by the event processor and the autoreply message publishedare displayed onthe graphical user interface.
