MOLDING METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STATOR FOR A SCREW DRILLING TOOL USING ELASTOMER MATERIAL

The present disclosure provides a molding method for producing a screw drillstator using an elastomer material, which includes the following steps: S1.sequentiallyroughening, cleaning and drying an inner surface of the stator tube; mixing anadhesiveand a diluent, coating the mixture obtained on the inner surface of the driedstator tube,and heating it for later use; S2, uniformly coating a mold release agent on asurface of amandrel mold, and heating or drying it naturally for later use; S3. assemblingtheprocessed stator tube and the processed mandrel mold to obtain an assembledmold; S4.performing a vacuum defoaming under negative pressure on a mixture obtained byuniformly mixing a prepolymer of the elastomer material with a defoamingagent; S5.uniformly mixing the prepolymer of the elastomer material defoamed in step S4with acuring agent, and pouring the obtained mixture into the assembled moldobtained in stepS3, sealing and curing the poured assembled mold by hierarchical heating;after thecuring is completed, drawing the mandrel mold from the assembled mold, so thatthestator is obtained. Through the process of the invention, a screw drill statorwithexcellent properties such as hardness, tear strength, tensile strength,elongation at break,and permanent deformation rate can be obtained.
