A fan assembly of a floor sweeping robot, comprising a motor (10), a fixed impeller (20), a movable impeller (30) and a wind cover (40). The fixed impeller (20) is provided with a shaft hole (25); the motor (10) is mounted at one side of the fixed impeller (20), and an output shaft (11) of the motor (10) penetrates the shaft hole (25). The wind cover (40) is mounted at the other side of the fixed impeller (20), and an air inlet (41) is provided at an end surface of the wind cover (40) far from the fixed impeller (20). The movable impeller (30) is mounted on the output shaft (11) of the motor and is located between the wind cover (40) and the fixed impeller (20). The present invention also relates to a floor sweeping robot comprising the fan assembly.
