Disclosed is a hydraulic perforation unmanned gas extraction method, wherein a high-pressure hydraulic perforation gun (5) is used to perform perforation at a coal centre line in front of a coal tunnel excavation face (6) to form a high-pressure hydraulic perforation (7); a high-pressure hydraulic fracturing gun (8) is then used to perform fracturing within coal around the high-pressure hydraulic perforation (7) to obtain high-pressure hydraulic fracturing holes having cracks, the high-pressure hydraulic fracturing holes acting as outflow channels for gas within the coal; a gas safety isolation airbag (12) and a gas extraction pipe (11) are then arranged within a tunnel to the rear of the coal, the gas extraction pipe (11) passing through the gas safety isolation airbag (12) into the high-pressure hydraulic fracturing holes, the gas being extracted by means of the gas extraction pipe (11). The gas extraction system increases the working efficiency of tunnel excavation and crosscut coal uncovery processes, ensures the safety of workers, and safely, efficiently and rapidly extracts gas within coal in front of an excavation face and before crosscut coal uncovery.
