The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental implant surgery model and a dental implant surgery model comprising: a plate part; a gingiva model formed with a fixture and a fitting groove into which model teeth detachable from the fixture are inserted; and an artificial bone graft material, formed of a mixture, which is formed into a profile corresponding to the lower portion of the gingiva model and the fitting groove so as to be interchangeably coupled between the gingiva model and the plate part, and is formed with different strengths and thicknesses according to manufacturing conditions, such as the composition of the mixture, compression, sintering temperature, cooling temperature, and mold.
