The invention relates to production methods of caramel candies and filled caramel- coated candies which are obtained by this method. The invention relates to a development which is provided by production methods of candies by Frozen Cone and Cold Stamping technologies, by introducing various substances such as cream, flavor, syrup, etc. within a thin and smooth caramel shell.
