TISSUE CHIP MAKING SYSTEM AND MAKING METHOD BASED ON IMAGE RECOGNITION AND LOCATION

Disclosed in the present invention are a tissue chip making system and making method based on image recognition and location. The chip making system comprises a cutting system and a computer-controlled system. The cutting system comprises: a digitally controlled cutting machine, a XYZ-axial translation worktable, a 360° rotary table, a recipient block rack, a freeing table, and an image recognition and location module. The chip making process of the chip making system comprises: sample setting, sample position identification, tissue sample image collection, tissue sample image processing, cutting parameter setting, tissue sample cutting and tissue chip information identification and storage, thus obtaining a tissue chip having traceable information. According to the method, a chip-extracting area is acquired through visual identification; the method has features of high degree of automation and high working efficiency, effectively reduces tissue damage by cutting a tissue sample through wire-cut, and improves chip-extracting efficiency and success rate; and a database is established to manage information of tissue chips so as to facilitate subsequent search and use.
