According to the method, a chip-extracting area is acquired through visual identification; the method has features of high degree of automation and high working efficiency, effectively reduces tissue damage by cutting a tissue sample through wire-cut, and improves chip-extracting efficiency and success rate; and a database is established to manage information of tissue chips so as to facilitate subsequent search and use.
